壓(ya)鑄車間油(you)霧(wu)凈(jing)化裝置(zhi)前置(zhi)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)采用高拋光漩渦(wo)式過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)和不銹鋼絲網(wang)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)兩部分組成(cheng)(cheng),能夠(gou)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)絕大部分大顆(ke)粒(li)油(you)霧(wu),可(ke)根據現(xian)場油(you)霧(wu)種類和濃(nong)度選(xuan)擇不同配置(zhi)。電(dian)(dian)離段采用高壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)極絲和電(dian)(dian)極板(ban)間形成(cheng)(cheng)電(dian)(dian)場,小顆(ke)粒(li)油(you)霧(wu)進(jin)行電(dian)(dian)離,使其帶電(dian)(dian)。收集(ji)段帶電(dian)(dian)的(de)顆(ke)粒(li)吸附到(dao)電(dian)(dian)極板(ban)上,匯集(ji)成(cheng)(cheng)油(you)滴后沿(yan)光滑的(de)電(dian)(dian)極板(ban)表面流到(dao)回收槽中后置(zhi)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv):加強凈(jing)化效率,可(ke)根據現(xian)場需要(yao)配置(zhi)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)器或活性炭(tan)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)器。
